This dialogue brings together civil society organisations, parliamentary committees and other stakeholders to enhance civil society participation in parliamentary decision-making and oversight.

Participants will reflect on lessons from previous engagements, identify entry points for systematic CSO input into laws and budgets, and agree on practical mechanisms for collaboration that support inclusive and responsive governance in Somalia.
